  • Existing Customers: If you are an existing customer and wish to cancel your hosting plan, you are eligible for a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your hosting service.

b. Domain Registration:

Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for domain registration fees once a domain name has been registered or renewed. Domain registration fees are non-refundable.

  • SSL Certificates: SSL certificate fees are non-refundable.
